I had a wonderful experience thanks to Destinie! I stopped in to ask if she could help clean and tighten my glasses—even though I didn’t purchase them there—and she immediately said yes without hesitation. She did an excellent job; my glasses fit even better than when I first got them! Although she mentioned she’s still new, it was clear she’s very knowledgeable. She even took the time to share their current special with me. What really stood out was her friendly, respectful attitude—she was smiling the entire time and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Destinie is truly a great addition to this vision center. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair of glasses!

Santonio has not only helped me once but twice. This time around I needed the handle to my glasses to be fixed. He did it perfectly and free of charge. I would recommend coming here if you need a quick fix as long as it is possible.

Destine is amazing! She was very thorough and sweet. She looked up things for us that we never thought to ask. Another customer came in behind us and very rude, but Destine and Tony were kind and patient with her and deescalated the situation. I was in awe. I highly recommend!
