I got my glasses ordered today with the help of Ms. SHELBY. great customer service friendly and fast. She was able to verify my Insurance without my card which was awesome and gave me time to look around some more to make sure I was buying the glasses I really wanted. She remembered me the very next day when surprisingly they were ready and told me they looked good which was nice. She also offered to adjust them for me then or at any time in the future. Shes your lady! Go see Shelby!!

Ive been here a couple times and great service, 3rd time coming here 2 different people. Guy seemed irritated cleaning the glasses my husband, daughter and myself would try on. I mean, isnt that the idea of their service? Secondly, my husband and I were very clear discussing the services of our eye glasses, which were the same from transition to no glare. He gets his and has the service he requested for his glasses. I requested the same. I get my glasses a week later and its the wrong prescription. I wait another week and there's no transition. We were very clear we understood each other of what we wanted for our eye glasses. Im so irritated with this place. I cant even see far I mean even at arms length I cant see shT. I never had glasses like this and that part is from the eye doctor check up. Im better off sticking with Texas State Optical!!!

The team here was super helpful and friendly, and really took the time to explain everything when it came to lens upgrades. They also let me try on as many frames as I wanted until I found the right fit with no judgment.

I was helped by the boss of Walmart Vision Kyle and he was outstanding. He was very good at explaining my choices in getting my new glasses. There was no push to buy anything, instead completely excellent explanations of all aspects of new glasses. I highly recommend Walmart Vision at Kyle.
