Walmart Vision Center

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been gaslighted by the employees here, that the high indexes lens should be thick according to my prescription or that the frame is way too thin to hold the lens. Literally in my first consultation, I wanted the thinner high index lenses because of my prescription. I voiced that to the rep, and he acknowledged. Yet, I’m gaslighted that the lens is the correct type. No. Instead of charging me $140 out of pocket, you should do your job and select the right high index lens for my prescription. I am returning my glasses because I am very disappointed and frustrated.

All away a wait time need to have more employees. Very inconvenien when have your kids with you. Wait all most hour

More like 3.5 stars. 1st visit: Awesome service. Very nice staff. Super helpful! 2nd and 3rd visits not so much… Staff still quite polite though.

My experience at this vision center was Wonderful! I enjoyed Great conversation and great patience while trying on several lenses in order to find the perfect pair for me. Juan, Adam, and Sarah are a phenomenal team and anyone needing glasses in this area should definitely pay them a visit!

Today & got fast & efficient service from Sarah in the Vision Center for a small nose pad replacement on my daily glasses. I’m from Calif on vacation and had accidentally broken my nose pad plastic holder. Without charging any service fee for her expertise she was able to find the broken part & replace it. So happy for her smile & helpfulness. ! Bless you Sarah, it no longer hurts to put my glasses on!!!
