Walmart Vision Center

Mr. Masood Hasan from store 03297 was fantastic! Great experience from start to finish! They were friendly, patient, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter. The quality is excellent and everything was explained clearly. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Victoria did an amazing job with helping me repair my glasses. She is super friendly and I was in and out of the store in no time.

Amazing! I went in, and faced the problem head on by an amazing worker named Victoria. She is the best! She knows exactly why she is doing, and helped me adjust my glasses perfectly.

Outstanding Service at Walmart Vision Center – Store #03297 I want to recognize the exceptional service I received from Victoria at the Walmart Vision Center (Store #03297). As I was leaving the store near closing time, I asked if she could take a quick look at my glasses, which needed a minor repair. Despite the team preparing to close for the day, Victoria didn’t hesitate. She paused what she was doing, kindly allowed me to retrieve my glasses from my car, and waited for me to return. When I came back, she promptly and skillfully fixed them on the spot. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion truly stood out. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Victoria went above and beyond. Her willingness to help—even after hours—made a lasting impression. Walmart is lucky to have someone like her on its team.

Miss Victoria was very helpful today. I came in looking to get a repair and she was super happy to help. I didn’t think I was going to be able to find anyone open today due to the inclement weather, but to receive such a warm welcome and smiling face truly made my day!! If anyone ever needs repairs, this is definitely the place to come!!!
