My daughter and I came in this morning because she broke her glasses. Michael was so nice! He fixed them in about 20 seconds. He did it with a smile and explained everything he was doing. I appreciate his kindness and stellar professionalism!
I took my 7 y/o in for his first vision exam, and he ended up needing glasses. We actually had fun looking at all the different frame options! Carolina was incredibly helpful, kind, patient. She took the time to review my insurance and made sure we maximized all available specials. Everything was clearly explained, and the service was excellent. Micheal has been there a while and we have used him several times. He explains details and cost so you can understand. Plus he has a sense of humor! I am willing to wait until he is available, he’s that good!
Wife and I got new prescription glasses the other day. There was hardly any wait and we were in and out fairly quickly. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was clean and the eyeglass shopping experience was great. The person helping us was Michael Petesch. He is a very kind fella and knows what he is doing.
Awesome place to get your glasses. Carolina was the sweetest woman ever and is incredibly patient! Will probably forever keep going to this walmart.
