Walmart Vision Center

Loved the energy! Everyone here is so helpful. Im not sure what the eye doctos name was but she's amazing! The process was easygoing, an uplifting. After I was finished I got to choose my glasses an Ms.issabel was so kind, we love chatting with her. she helped us out with all of our questions an takes the time to assist you. Because of her I won't go to any other Walmart.

Great service was able to get my daughter seen the same day I went in for info. She loves her glasses she has now. Everyone was so nice and professional I would recommend to all my friends and family who need exams done.

Klyn did a GREAT job helping me with my purchase. Was friendly and super helpful! Definitely will tell my friends and family to ask for her!

This was one of the rudest vision Care locations I've ever interacted with.. if you're reading this review Do Not Ever go to this place especially not with those associates.. also don't even try to call to ask if they have something in stock they will be super rude to you on the phone. It is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever interacted with. Shows you that @Walmart just doesn't care

While I waited for my oil change I decided to go check out some frames at the vision center not yet decided on even buying there but Laura was so helpful to me and she told me all about their specials with and without insurance and was very inviting to try on frames. I told her about getting my prescription first and it was only minutes until the Dr. next opened up so I stuck around checking out frames. Once I got my prescription next door I came back and the process was quick with Amy and Laura’s help. I love their kindness and how explanatory they were with my options. Thank you ladies! Can’t wait for my glasses to come in!
