John at this location was absolutely amazing & so helpful! My child broke her glasses right before school & before her next vision appointment. Since we didn’t purchase the extra protection coverage & her prescription had expired, we were prepared to just replace the glasses entirely. John took the time to actually listen & understand that we were stuck in between appointments but still needed her glasses for school. He told us to bring them in so he could take a look & see if there was anything he could do or if the frame could be replaced. Thankfully, it ended up being something he could fix! I’m genuinely so grateful that he took the time out of his busy day to help us when he absolutely didn’t have to. That kind of customer service really stands out. He went above & beyond, & because of that experience, our family will definitely be coming here for our future glasses needs. Thank you John, for making a stressful situation so much easier!
