On day one, Isabel helped me and she wa a absolutely wonderful!!! I was so happy with the experience that I brought my daughter, who i usually take to the north star mall vision center. I paid cash for 4 pairs of glasses with my total about $800. When I went to pick my ready glasses up however, isabel was not there. The lady that was there told me to have a seat because she was busy with another family. I didn't mind waiting. She brought me my 2 glasses cases, closed, put them on the table and said, here's your glasses, do you need a bag? I said no but can I get my daughter's glasses? One of her pairs was also ready. She went and got my daughter's, my daughter tried then on and the woman adjusted hers. I asked if she'd do mine as well. She messed with them for perhaps 30 seconds, that was it. Okay goodbye. So I'm wearing my expensive glasses with them falling off my face. I'm sad and disappointed. I've never worn bifocal before and I've tripped several times a my glasses are all over my face and not lined up at all. Id give zero stars if it weren't for Isabel being so amazing. She should be acknowledged for her amazing work. She's probably the reason anyone goes back. I won't go back and I'll take my daughter back to her original vision center next time. They may be less personable at the mall but they get the job done.
