Walmart Vision Center

Maya was incredible. I’m truly grateful for her help. I came in with so many questions and was hesitant about choosing glasses because I wanted the fit to be just right. She patiently adjusted them until they were perfect and made me feel absolutely fabulous

Came in for 11:10 appointment, female assistant is super nice but my disappointment is I had appointment at 11:10.....I get there 11:05 only 3 people ahead of me, I overheard her tell the doctor one was walk in. Dr. called in walk in patient first didn't call me back till about 12:20. And tried to charge me $40 out of pocket when my insurance cover full eye exam. When to female said to me $40 copay I told her I don't have a copay with my insurance and she told me she already tried to tell the DR that and she didn't charge me. So beware of going to dr Nguyen he's trying to rip people off of a $40 copay. And he'll take walk ins before you if you have appointment. What's the point of making appointment if you're going to make people wait over an hour and take walks first? The Nguyen dr just seems shady. After I got prescription I went into the vision center. 2 black ladies working there on was busy with customer but the other older lady was just standing in front of mens glasses gossiping with her friend she doesn't once stop to ask if i needed help for about 20 minutes of me looking just kept gossiping with her friend so I left and took my prescription to target to pick out glasses. All those good reviews you can tell that they had their friends write them by the things they said in all of them and cause the customer service here was ZERO.

Horrible experience, the entire staff was incompetent. From the eye doctor to the vision specialist. It was a waste of time and money that place the eye doctor wrote the wrong prescription. We asked for a medical eye check exam and paid for one but their camera was broken and they said they would call us back to schedule another time but never did. The eye specialist person was rude and did not help us with choosing the right frame she just said go look around and find what you can her name was maya. It was just a horrible experience do not recommend there a waste of time!

I had a great experience with getting some new glasses ordered, TISH came into my job almost every day to convince me into finally getting my eyes checked and some new glasses. She’s awesome!!!
