Walmart Vision Center

Went to the vision center on June 20th, 2026 to get my mom new glasses and got helped by Evelin Plaza. A kind and funny latina women, who took the time to explain the different types of lenses to my very picky (sometimes impatient mamma). She showed us different frames ranging on prices and was not pushy trying for us to pick the most expensive ones. All in all this was a wonderful experience because of her patience, attention to detail and expertise. I would truly recommend this place, specially if you are not insured at the time. Prices are extremely accesible. Check below for the cost of hers I’m attaching a photo of my receipt. I will comeback with my husband and father as well but I’ll ask for miss Plaza again.

We received excellent customer services from ms Elham. She was very patient, spent really good time explaining benefits, helped us chose frame, Whole staff is amazing. My go to store for any vision needs. They will take care of you even after post sale. Amazing Keep up the good work.

I had my grandson with me for the summer, and while he was at tennis camp, he accidentally broke the arm on his glasses. I quickly Googled the nearest Vision Center and found Walmart Vision Center. I walked in and asked if they could repair them, and Michelle greeted me with a smile and immediately took a look at the glasses. Michelle didn’t hesitate to help and was able to replace the missing screw and tighten the other arm in less than five minutes. What could have turned into a stressful situation was resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks to Michelle’s prompt service, I was able to get right back to camp and return my grandson’s glasses to him. I am extremely grateful for her kindness, excellent customer service, and willingness to help on the spot. Thank you, Michelle and Walmart Vision Center, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

We received excellent service from Ana Jiménez at the Walmart Vision Center. From the moment we arrived, Ana was incredibly kind, respectful, and highly professional. She took the time to assist us with great patience and made sure all our questions were answered. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her. Everything was excellent.

Customer service and help from the staff was amazing all the staff great you with a smile and very helpful with the option they have for contacts. I had an issue with the price I paid for my set of contacts with my insurance Thelma was able to help my situation and gave me my refund for the contacts I paid for. I can say for 100 percent sure I will be buying from this vision center from know on thank you so much Thelma for your help and service 👍🏽
