While shopping at Walmart in Midlothian Sunday, I visited the vision center to purchase the tools to tighten my frames. I asked Miss Renee if she could go ahead and tighten the for me. To my suprise, she did because the vision center in Ennis wouldn't. I eneded up purchasing my new glasses with sunglasses. Miss Renee was very knowlegable and helpful. She took extra time and care with me. I would absoulety recommend Walmart Vision Center in Midlothian, Tx!
Best service I’ve received in a long time!! No appointment was made prior to visit, upon arriving one evening and in need of new pair frames and lenses, Rachel was super helpful in picking out a pair and getting insurance approval and paperwork done quickly. She had the best attitude and we chatted for a bit. Doing a great job here! Thank you again!
Rachel is awesome. She has great customer service. She knows how to continue to smile even under pressure. Because I know I asked her a lot of questions but she was very patient with me and made sure I understand what it was that I was getting with the glass service for my glasses
