We visited the Walmart Vision Center on Freeport and were greeted by Samaria. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to listen to what kind of glasses my son was looking for and patiently helped us try on several pairs until he found the perfect one. Samaria, thank you for your kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. You made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

The vision manager Hilary was wonderful in my experience today. From the moment I walked in she made me feel noticed and let me know that she would be right with me. She was very sweet and patient and every question I had she answered and went above and beyond. This Walmart is absolutely blessed to have her!

We came in today to have my daughter’s glasses fixed with warranty. Madison was so nice and helpful. We didn’t have to wait at all. She made sure we got taken care of. Will be returning. This is after the Walmart on Freeport and I-10 turned us away saying they couldn’t help us with the glasses that were on the shelf. But they can. And MADISON WAS AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! Hillary Garza, the Vision Center Manager, was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how smoothly everything went. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for eye care or new glasses. Thank you, Hillary and team, for making my visit such a positive one!

I was assisted by Ms. Hillary this morning she’s thoroughly impressed me with opening store on time and ready for business to customer and making a very good decision to offer me insurance for my daughter glasses I surely appreciated it because she brakes them often thanks again Ms Hillary I have been getting my glasses for 18 years and never have I been offered insurance for my glasses.
