I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Centre in Ohio. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my eye health. The selection of frames was impressive, with options for every style and budget. The team helped me choose a pair that suited me perfectly without any pressure. My glasses were ready sooner than expected, and the quality has been excellent. Overall, the service was fast, affordable, and reliable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service.

Shirley and Neena, these 2 ladies are amazing. I love them. I came in to get a replacement for my glasses. And they went over the top, And did everything had to for me, and more, 5/5 for customer service!!!!

Today, I went to the Vision Center to pick up my new prescription glasses, but unfortunately, I had a worse experience at this Walmart Vision Center. One of the staff members, Nina, had an attitude and wouldn't adjust my glasses, as I felt they were not sitting straight on my face. She put the frame on the table and tried to explain to me that they are straight. However, the other staff were great when I placed the order last week.

The Indian staff Neena refused my complaint about the glasses. I was surprised to see such terrible attitude in the United States. Even worse and unprofessionally, she was trying to charge me more on the sneak. I made four pairs of glasses in this store but Won’t be there anymore because of NEENA.
