Walmart Vision Center

[ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE] Upon visiting this eye center on [9/15] I was not greeted or acknowledged once so ever. After looking for assistance for 10 minutes I asked the brunette women working how do i acquire about scheduling a appointment for a eye exam. She rudely blurted out that ("they do not accept insurance and that it was 90 dollars for a eye exams"). Then she turned her back to me to continue working (with no eye contact) and replied (He's not here today he will be in around Thursday). I simply replied (okay) and took my business to somewhere that cares about there customer's. (100% Do Not recommend) Just go to Target across the street.

Exceptional service!!! Mary did not disappoint.I came in to browse and ended up buying two pairs. There was so much to choose from. Mary was very knowledgeable and helpful, she suggested I get safety glasses as a second pair after asking questions about my job. I never thought about protection eyewear before. I will forever get my glasses from Mary and I want to thank her for an amazing experience! Between Mary helping me and Ashley’s input they were both very helpful and work great as a team. I highly recommend this location at Hilltop! Job well done!!

The lady in there at 5pm 7/31 just didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping. Probably just because she wanted to start closing up an hour early. Not only was the visit a flat out waste of time but was a bait and switch nightmare. Our insurance allowance isn’t what she kept quoting us and there is no copay on our plan but she kept telling us there was. I don’t know whether they just have stupid policies with certain insurances or just don’t know how to correctly read their screens but we went across the street to target and got exactly what we were looking for with no hassle and everything matched precisely to our insurance overview.

I went to this vision center to pick up my eye glasses on a Friday at 5 pm, no one was there! I went on Sunday around 4 and no one was there! I went on Monday at 1000am which was July 3rd (not a holiday) and no one was there!! I asked the Walmart staff and they shrugged their shoulders, I'm not kidding they shrugged there shoulders and said "I don't know? Look at the sign!" This woman was older and didnt care, the younger door greeter was trying to help me but after asking and no one caring she just said that the vision center is separate from Walmart, and they have their own hours. I thought that was funny since the vision center workers have IDs that are Walmart IDs and I'm sure they get paid by Walmart as well. Worst customer service !!!!

Wonderful help. Mary and Jeff made sure my glasses were correct. I had many problems and they went over the normal service to make sure I did not have double vision!
