Walmart Vision Center

Staff were very friendly and personable. I felt heard and well cared for. The optician even remembered my son's name when we came back to pick up my new glasses, and he wasn't even the official customer. Prices were very reasonable. I recommend this vision center to anyone!

I am writing to share some well-deserved positive feedback for the Vision Center team. I had an appointment yesterday, but due to a system glitch, my scheduled slot wasn't showing up. Even though they were busy and the wait was going to be 30 minutes, they still offered to squeeze me in.Because I was running tight on time, I asked if I could return the next day instead. The female associate working the desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She managed to secure a noon appointment for me today. I am so thankful for her excellent customer service and her super nice attitude. She turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience! Her name sounds like CADANCE I think. Thank you again

This evening, I was just looking and a very nice lady helped me. She adjusted and cleaned my glasses while I browsed and gave me her honest opinion on new frames. I will be back when I'm ready to purchase due to her wonderful CS and the cute frames

I really like this center. Good selection of frames(different price categories). Secondly, very friendly staff, always help with choosing, repairing and adjusting. Thirdly, today they helped my daughter urgently make glasses (she broke her only ones). They picked out a new frame for the old lenses and it turned out quickly, inexpensively and nicely.Great job!

Gone here a few times thinking it was fine. Then I realized I have SO MANY pairs of their glasses and they are alllll broken within a few months after buying them. So I thought, "maybe safety glasses will last longer" my work also reimburses for safety glasses so, why not? When I told the lady helping me about how easily the frames broke, she didn't flinch, just said, "you should pay for a warranty". I asked how long they back up their frames from brand new: "not at all. Then tells me three different reasons why my insurance, which they accept, doesn't cover "this specific frame" nor does it cover the lenses or anything ..AFTER telling me I was good to go originally! Then when I asked if this is the service they would brag about, she said exactly this, " no matter, it goes against Walmart, not me, do as you like" . Anyway. I attached a photo of my broken collection...
