Walmart Vision Center

Oh my goodnessss! The manager of this vision center made me feel so much better and was so kind and helpful! I think his name was Kody? I was having the hardest time picking which glasses I wanted and to be honest typically these kinds of visits/choices make me sooooooo anxious. To many decisions and its usually just a lot. But he made the whole interaction smooth and wholesome. He also gives amazing feedback and patiently let me figure out which ones I really wanted and what else I needed to keep them like new/ how to properly clean them. I always wondered my my glasses were getting so scratched up. But he took the time to listen and tell me about the best practices and products to keep myself in order. I finally have the first pair of glasses I'm actually excited about in years! I will definitely be back.

Any time I need a pair of glasses that fit just right, see super clear, and keep me safe at work, I always choose walmart! I've been a walmart vision customer for roughly 4 years and I'll never make a plan to switch. Thank you Tasha for getting me set up with my safety glasses!

When my glasses broke, I was frantic, but a young man named Kody stepped in and saved the day. His kindness and expertise helped calm my nerves and repair my glasses. Kody took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect new glasses. His exceptional customer service has won me over from Costco, and I'll definitely be returning to Walmart for all my future eyewear needs.

Kody was so incredibly helpful to me when I was trying to decide on a pair of glasses. I wasn’t sure if I should pay extra to have my lenses thinned out or not, but after he explained to me what they would look like without thinning them, I realized I would hate my glasses if I didn’t do it. Working with him was so easy. I wasn’t sure what to expect about a vision center inside of Walmart, but with my regular glasses center booked for months, I was desperate. Kody went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Walmart Vision Center gained a new customer and I will be returning just because of how helpful Kody was.

I haven’t been to the eye doctor in….more than a decade. While grocery shopping with my wife, she encouraged me to stop in to the Walmart vision center to just get everything checked out. I was promptly greeted by Kody. His kind demeanor made me feel so comfortable in a situation where I was nervous. He talked me through the whole process of getting an eye exam so I knew what was happening at every step. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Kody makes this vision center a welcoming place.
