Walmart Vision Center

Hardly ever write reviews but as a birthday gift for my wife, I purchased a pair of expensive Ray-Ban glasses, (expensive for me) on a Friday. We went out of state for the holidays on a Saturday and our dog broke her glasses today on a Monday. I called to check if we would be able to get the glasses repaired out of state at a different Walmart and Jennifer was so incredibly helpful, pulling up our order number, checking the warranty, telling us what the next steps were and proactively offering to fax the receipt to the store if they needed it (they didn't). Just the most incredible customer service, patient, generous informative. Thank you Jennifer. Simply. Truly. In my wife's words, "You saved Christmas."

Being completely honest, the best experience I've had with a vision center. The staff here were knowledgeable, understood my concerns, gave me reliable information, and were very eager to work with me to find glasses I wanted on my budget. They're super friendly here too. I will always go by and say hello any chance I can get. I say, worth the trip just for how amazing this crew is.

Dr. Ahn and her staff are so wonderful. They make you very comfortable. I had a visit today and they were so therow with my exam. The staff in the vision center were absolutely amazing. Tyler waited on me today as well as last year. Highly recommend!

I have purchased 4 pair of glasses for myself and 3 pair for my grandson in the past. The service was wonderful and the employees so very nice and helpful. I want to schedule an eye appointment as soon as possible and purchase new glasses once again. This vision center is far better than any I have ever used! Great job!👍🏼❤️😊
