They scheduled three back-to-back appointments for me and my parents, but didn’t even let me in until 30 minutes late. I was handled by a trainee named I, which I understood, but then another 20 minutes were wasted because two staff members (I & K) couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. But I guess this was still understandable, not a super big deal. The "fun" part starts here: Because of the delays, my parents asked to cancel their appointments. Instead of being understanding, the Vietnamese lady named Thu Nga was extremely rude, dismissive, and basically told my mom she had no right to be upset because her appointment is at 11:15 and one appointment should take 45 minuties and said, “They’re your benefits, do whatever you want.” Saying an appointment should take 45 minutes when my appointment was VERY well over that 45 time frame.
Emilia helped me find the prefect glasses and let me know about the deals they had. She was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. Will definitely come back again thanks to her superb customer service.
Stopped in to verify my future eye exam appointment time & date in person. Dr. Ros looked at me and kindly said “are you available now?” Well yes Sir I am! He did a great job and was very professional. Great selection of frames. Staff was fantastic 👍
Do not come here. They will break your fame will hold no responsible for them,. I had my first eye glasses made here and bought another spare both are prescriptions. I had lenses here replaced too but the moment they returned your eyeglasses back to you the frame is widely opened. They will lie that they didn't do anything to the frame. These two technicians that are currently working there seemed do not know what to do in terms of repairs. The Spanish speaking lady and the other blonde straight haired gal who doesn't even look like a Caucasian are the technician that broke my Armani eyeglasses frame. They will make you feel it is not their fault. Beware these techs do not know how to put lenses back , rude and liars. I do not recommend this place. These techs should not only be trained to learn the skills but also how to treat the customers. Do not come to this place.
