I had a great experience here. Had to get an exam so I could order more contacts and my regular doctor couldn't get me in for months, even for a contact exam. So I got into this place within 2 days, it was great. Everyone was nice and I had my contacts shipped straight to my house and received them a few days later. I plan on returning!

Just went in to get my glasses fixed(they got stepped on and needed to be fitted) and I had a 10/10 experience. One of the workers, Matt, was making jokes and keeping it professional at the same time. They truly made my visit amazing. Hope to see Matt again!
My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Krupka at Appleton West Walmart for several years for vision exams and buying glasses and contacts. He always is very kind and asks us questions to make sure he can give us the best service possible. I am so happy that Walmart offers such an outstanding professional to their customers.
Staff are rude. They have the most rediculous covid-19 procedures I've ever seen. They limit people in the practice with the closed ropes. They were running behind schedule as they usually are Require you to sanitize your hands.( Mind you it's winter and people have dry skin) the limit of persons seemed pointless, as there's a backed up packed line of people standing 2 feet apart in the customer service line. We waited almost 15 minutes by the ropes before someone was within earshot to ask if we could be let in. They must have assumed we were in the costumer service line. This is my families last visit I can assure you. They should rename to The Walmart Virtue Center.
The eye doctor is amazing but rest of staff seem to be confused and untrained. Sat in the pre screening for 20 minutes with "new employee" before someone else came in and had to do it for her. After getting my script the same employee was supposed to help me in ordering my contacts. She thought I was getting glasses and started typing a bunch of stuff into the computer. She told me to sit down and then wandered off without saying anything to find a different employee to help. She needs to be trained better or at least have someone there next to her to help when she gets stuck. it's taking up a lot a people's time.
