Wisconsin Vision

Wisconsin Vision did my eye exam back in September and I was impressed then, just didn't leave a review. We got a new puppy and he recently decided my glasses would make a good snack. I walked in and was greeted by Rob B, who took the time to help me find not only my original frames, but because I wanted a backup pair, he helped me find ones that fit my face and the style I preferred. Huge shout-out to him - it's not everyday that you get good, quality customer service, nor from someone who is obviously passionate about what he does. Thanks so much!! My wife and I were warmly greeted as we arrived. We met with Erin to look at frames for me. She was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We had already done some browsing on our own, but Erin's expertise and experience helped us narrow things down to the best choice. I returned today to complete the transaction. Having come from a family of salespeople and having some retail sales myself, I was curious how she would close the deal. I was impressed. She provided relevant information on options and made recommendations, but also noted features she didn't think I needed. For a wide selection of frames and the best optician I've worked with, ask for Erin.

COME HERE FIRST!! This is a fantastic location with an extremely prompt and helpful staff! Lisa, the manager, was extremely kind when I went in looking for help with my glasses. She was more than happy to look at them right then and there, and was able to do a small repair in no time flat! I was in and out in maybe 4 minutes. If you have had bad service with other shops in the past, please give these guys a try!

Jen L was great and was such a fun person to talk to. And Dr K heard my concerns about my prescription and helped me find something that worked after other eye doctors in the area just brushed me under the rug when I brought the same concerns.

All of the raving reviews are well-deserved. I was a first-time walk-in (no appointment) in a bit of a crisis. I knocked a lens off my glasses and had no backup. Everybody was so welcoming and Erin B. immediately helped me. She put my glasses back together, did a bunch of extra work on them - replaced nose pads, tightened screws, and even cleaned them. In the end, no paperwork, didn’t ask for my info, and…. refused to charge me. What, am I dreaming? If I was there ten minutes, it was barely that.
