Great customer service. Dr. Buchanan is always friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. If you’re looking for friendly, fast, yet thorough eye exams this is the place you need to visit. Bonus points because the waiting area and exam room are always spotless!! 10/10

My husband and I waited for 10 minutes twice in one visit. Bobby (the so called employee) ignored us both times. The first she was sitting on her butt chatting and the second she was failing to help another customer. Not once did she acknowledge our existence. Would it have been so hard to say I will be with you in a minute? No smile, unfriendly and rude!! We went to the other Walmart in Beckley and had wonderful customer service. Someone at McArthur needs to handle your business!

I had a terrible experience with Bobbie when I walked in to order glasses and contacts. I worked in an optical place for years and the way I was treated was uncalled for. It was like I was bothering her when no one else was in the waiting area. I had to go to her and ask for help instead of her doing her job. The Dr. was excellent and I will continue to see him but ill think twice before I go get glasses from there. If I do, I definitely won't be getting help from Bobbie!
