Walmart Vision Center

Terrible customer service. Took my daughter to get an eye exam and order glasses. Once my daughter started wearing the glasses she started having headaches. We thought she needed to just adjust to them. After 2 months of not feeling better we took her to another place. They gave her a different prescription for glasses and said the glasses she was currently wearing did not match the written prescription from Walmart. We then went back to Walmart to ask for a new pair of glasses with the correct prescription and the optometrist said her prescription was correct and he would not charge them. She has since been wearing her new prescription glasses and no longer has headaches and can see correctly! Very disappointed in the way the optometrist handled the situation. Money totally wasted!!!

Jamie is very helpful and guided me through every step. Every question I had , she gave me answers to best fit my needs. I will continue to recommend her for as long as she’s here! Jamie will not only exceed your expectations, but also make sure you are leaving with a big smile on your face!! The staff are so welcoming and attentive.

I've been coming here for years, probably at least 12 years now and service is always the same, great, friendly and always time efficient. Especially Jamie, she is always smiling and friendly, she treats me like family, along with everyone else that walks into the vision center. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏼

Elva and Jamie were very informative and helpful at picking out frames. Explained everything in detail and didn't mind repeating something over. Great selection of frames to choose from. I picked up my new glasses and am very happy.
