I’ve been buying my glasses here for 10 years now and I always have a great experience! Marie, has helped me most recently with my latest purchase. She’s also helped with replacing nose pads and repairs over the last couple years to my old glasses. Carlos, Samantha and Nikki have been super helpful with looking for new frames. Highly recommend!
I've been getting my glasses here for several years. I have always had excellent service from the staff, whether dropping in to browse or needing a specific service. In the last couple of years I've been privileged to get Teresa as my optical assistant. She knows the products and is patient with my indecisiveness. Selecting eyeglasses is stressful for me, it takes time and she does not rush me into a choice just to make a sale. I am so appreciative of Teresa's knowledge, professionalism and calming nature. I am an extremely difficult customer and despite my greatest effort I find no fault of any kind with this service. I had the option of paying twice as much at other locations but perfection needs no alternatives. The staff there are very nice people.
