Vision Center Walmart at W. Elliot Road !!!!! Needed a repair on glasses. Called on Super Bowl Sunday and found center open. Headed over and met Esteban who was able to repair glasses in 5 minutes. So grateful for the kindness he showed us. Headed out to watch the game. Thanks so much.

Optical - Tempe I made an appt for an eye exam with Dr. Quang Vu. The exam, as I recall, went well enough. While I had to wait for my eyes to dilate, he asked that I wait outside the exam room and look at glasses for buying. I thought that was tacky. (Walmart pressures them to sell.) I didn't buy any glasses at this location. I did, however, several mths later at a Wallyworld in another city. In-store, they seemed fine. A few nights later I discovered that what I was looking at wearing the new prescription (a red stop sign in the distance) was out of focus! I had the old pair still, put them on, and the sign was in focus!! The next morning before the sun broke, I tested them again outside - my new prescription was not better than the old one on a lot of what I looked at. I returned to the store and had them test to ensure they contained the correct prescription - they did. When I was finally able to get Dr. Vu on the phone, I explained the visual problem and asked how it could be that the new prescription was viewing objects out of focus at night, but not during the day? He IMMEDIATELY put it back on me and insinuated that I had responded badly to all the questions on the exam. He asked nothing before doing so, didn't approach any possible causes for it - I was to blame. After the ridiculous phone call, I sent Wallyworld Corp. a complaint letter with explanation (see pics). I know I won't hear from them, nor have I. I have seen enough eye doctors in my life to know great from good from mediocre from bad. Dr. Quang Vu is the only one I would not recommend. Waste of time, energy and lots of money.

The initial appointment was super good, wait time was a little long but it was okay. I brought my infant daughter with me and all the employees were really sweet to her and as a mama who’s tired I really appreciated them entertaining her! I picked up my glasses yesterday and asked the girly to adjust them, and she took them to do so but I think broke my frames. She used quick thinking and repaired my glasses on the spot using the display frames. Normally this would probably make me quite upset but she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and they work just fine. Just be more careful next time :)

We have recently moved here from out of state and want to give thanks to Larry, the Vision Center Manager for his help in resolving a problem with eyeglasses that were recently purchased from a Walmart in Missouri. It was a difficult situation as we had not purchased the warranty and could not physically return them to the original store. He showed concern and determination to make things right. Everyone we spoke to here was kind and patient. They have earned our business and I highly recommend this location and commend them for their service.

Just wanted to say how exceptional Lee is at what she does. From my interaction on the phone with her, to assistance with putting in my contact lenses… she was a delight! Her “customer service” far exceeded any expectations I had. She was friendly, courageous and professional. She has a natural way of putting you at ease. She deserves a raise! Definitely an asset to the company!!
