20/20 Image Eye Centers

I had an amazing experience at 20/20 Vision Eye Care! My contact lenses were delayed because of my high astigmatism. They provided me with trial contact lenses while I waited, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Jamyn, who went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Their level of care and customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend 20/20 Vision Eye Care to anyone looking for a team that puts their patients first! 👏

At 20/20 Image Center (TEMPE), I was treated kindly, professionally & with thorough care!!! The office was welcoming & sterile clean. DR. CHARLES KESNER, O.D. was extremely knowledgable, patient and great at communicating information regarding our complicated eyes... 🤓 ***He also uses the LATEST IN EYE-MAPPING TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT!!! VERY, VERY IMPRESSIVE! I appreciated greatly how I was treated by EVERYONE in the TEMPE office! ❤️🌸🌿🌼 Your new & committed patient, T. Barton

Front office staff spends more time gossiping about patients than anything else, and I don't get why---these women look like night shift Circle K employees and want to talk trash on how THEIR patients look and how much money THEIR patients make??? Ladies, you have Honda Civics in the parking lot at open. For an eye clinic they can't see past their nose. Sucks when the actual eye doctor is so knowledgeable and great. They also try to scam you when you tell them you only want what's covered by insurance. They tried to sneak a $100~ add on onto my appointment after I told them I do not want anything not covered in the basic eye exam. "Oh this is covered you just have to sign this paper". Weird, the paper says I agree to pay $100~ for XYZ? "Oh it just says that." Okay, well then let me record you specifically saying I don't have to pay it. Magically it isn't okay because I don't have the right to record my own medical appintment? LOL. Funnier than any of the "jokes" and trash talk y'all talk about the people who PAY YOUR BILLS. And whatever "send us an email and a manager will get back to you" nonsense is garbage lies too. I can guarantee they use ChatGPT to respond to these inquiries when they remember to look at the inbox. I've submitted 3 and never got a response back 🤷‍♀️

Dr. Kesner & team are fantastic! I felt so at ease during my appointment and they explained everything so thoroughly. Deborah was incredibly patient and helpful as we chose my new glasses. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping patients.

Last year, I got my new pair of Ray Ban eye glasses here at 20/20 Eye Center in Tempe, and honestly I thought I would never say such a thing about a visit at an eye doctor office, but it was the greatest experience! Paola who helped me was very professional and informative as she answered all of my questions that I had! She even went out of her way to pick out and recommend the glasses that I wear now, and I love them! They are lucky to have her if she’s even still there. Also, Dr. Siegel was a standout Optometrist. He was willing to take his time to get everything right and make me feel seen. I could tell that he truly enjoys being an Optometrist! All in all, I highly recommend going to this office if you want a more family-friendly environment and a pleasant experience!
