What a wonderful place! I had such a lovely experience and great assistance help pick out not 1, but 3 types of glasses—computer, progressives and sunglasses. I get a text on Sunday saying my glasses are ready to pick up. They open 33 minutes late and tell me there is a policy I can't pick up on Sundays. I'm very upset. This is a huge inconvenience. I won't be using this place again.

I'm someone in the community who came in for a small repair. And Mai, the incredible attendant behind the counter took extra time with me even though I had a very small problem. The folks there seem to consistently go the extra mile. Mai was amazing. Thanks again for fixing my glasses. I've had them almost fifty years and thanks to Mai, they're not going anywhere!
