I had the best experience here! Friendly and welcoming office staff made the appointment run smoothly. From Laura at the front desk for scheduling and check in, so professional and kind and accommodating to Ashley, who did the testing and was funny yet professional putting me at ease with the new tests that were done, all the way to the adorable woman, can't recall her name sorry, who was amazingly patient and gave great recommendations for suitable frames for my glasses. The doctor was knowledgeable and skilled but it was the entire office staff made it welcoming and comfortable. It was so great that my daughter made her appointment before we left. And even that front desk person was incredibly sweet and timely getting that appt scheduled considering we just sort of sprung it on her. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for eye check up, glasses, contacts....

Dr. Audrey Chen was AWESOME! Took the time to explain and fully evaluate our vision. The staff were great too. I liked how I could be cheeky and got it back too! Loved it. Highly recommend. Much better to have an in-person Dr than other places that do virtual vision evaluations.

Great experience. Making an appointment was a breeze. Digital forms were easy to fill out and submit. The staff greeted me with a warm smiles first thing in the morning. Everything was clean and sanitary. The technician was thorough and explained what she was doing and the next steps. Wait time to see the doctor was minimal. Dr Chen was charming, funny, and genuinely seemed to care. One stop shop for frames from Gucci, Oakley and cheaper options too. Highly recommend. Clarion is lucky to have such a great doctor and a professional staff. This is the place to go.

Clarion is the best place for optometry. It's very clean and they have the lastest technology. Very friendly staff and Dr. Chen is amazing. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Plus, she is incredibly knowledgeable and she takes her time to explain things and answer any questions. I also love the system they have online to book an appointment. It's super easy and you get to choose whatever time works best out of several available options. Definitely recommend it!
