Came in to get my eyes checked and pick out some new frames, and honestly, it was one of the best and funniest experiences I’ve had at an eye place. Everyone was super friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. They made me feel welcome right away, and the whole appointment felt relaxed instead of awkward or rushed. They explained everything about my eye health in a way that actually made sense and gave me honest recommendations without trying to pressure me into buying anything. They were also a huge help when it came to picking out my new frames. They gave honest opinions, joked around with me, and somehow made something as simple as choosing glasses genuinely fun. You can tell the people here actually care about their patients. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their eyes checked or pick out some new frames.

I had a great experience at this clinic from start to finish. The exam was thorough but never rushed, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Dr. Horton is knowledgeable, warm, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything we discussed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and truly cares about his patients. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the whole visit felt smooth and well organized. Highly recommend.

A truly great experience from the first phone call. What a great team of people in the PS office. Everyone is really helpful, very nice, and knows their job well. I recently visited The Palm Springs office of Coachella Valley optometry on April 3, 2026. I was immediately impressed by the staff warm, welcome and helpful attitude. They made me feel at home and like I was a valued client from the first interactions all the way through the experience. Dr. Tyler Horton was extremely thorough informative, obviously well experienced in ways I have never encountered during an eye exam. He went above and beyond and referred me for some further tests through Kaiser. I worked with Cynthia Flores helping me find the perfect combination of frames and lenses that were Not only the best value, but the best product to fit my specific needs. This office is highly recommended and I look forward to my next visit.
