everyone very nice. The only thing is they are the most unorganized group, was waiting for almost 45 minutes after appt time. They continued adding walkins when they are almost closed and still have people waiting that actually made appointments. I just can't believe it takes 8 weeks to get glasses made. I mean really! I get it government etc... It'll be time for my next appt exam by then. lol The office girl is waaaaaay overworked. they need more people but typical for the medical profession I guess.

Dr. Kleen is the first optometrist in my whole life to actually *explain* what’s wrong with my vision. He recently even explained why the frames I bought weren’t working for me! He is super attentive, patient, & honestly… just friendly overall. Some of the front desk ladies could care less about interacting with you, but I get it. It’s an office within Walmart & the walk-ins I’ve seen act kind of ridiculous. Thanks for holding it together for the doctor!!!

Dr Kleen was fantastic! His attitude, his knowledge and taking his time he was absolutely great! His front office girl was a different matter. She was rude, abrupt and dismissive. After our exam and picking out our glasses at the desk I asked about ordering contacts lenses. She stated I needed another appointment for that. I asked even though I just finished my exam ? I started to ask another question and while I was talking She answered the phone half way through my question. I then asked about another appointment. She rudely said I had to call that she was very busy right now. I looked and no one was behind me or waiting to talk to her. She was holding the telephone in her hand and again said I needed to call to make another appointment. I worked 35 + years in medical offices and never talked to a patient like she did. Even if the doctors are wonderful it is the front desk help that can make or ruin a doctors practice! Especially the review after the appointment. Even if the doctor deserves 5 stars one hesitates due to the treatment at the front desk. Patients just stop going so they don't have to put up with the rudeness of his or her staff. So to the Doctors keep an eye on your staff reviews. You may just be surprised what you read and find out why your patients are leaving! J. Cheung!

The receptionist is well versed in her office duties. She is extremely helpful and usually the first and last face you see. She runs a very methodical office. Dr. Kleen's nurse is personable and very thorough. She ran about 5 tests on my eyes and brought me in Dr.Kleen's office and introduced me to the Doctor. Dr.Kleen is by far and away the best eye Doctor I have ever had! He reads all tests given initially and the leads me to believe I am finished only having to complete a couple more tests.I have had my glasses for about a week and I am very grateful for Doctor Kleen and his talented people he surrounds himself with! Thank you very much and I have and will continue to announce your name for ,quite simply the best in a lifetime! Arnold.

Went in for a walk in on a day that seemed to be pretty busy with appointments. My husband and I were seen pretty quickly and able to pick out some nice frames! The dr was very nice and had positive attitude with all his patients
