Trying to get these people to answer they're phone is impossible. How are you suppose to find out if your glasses are ready. They left me sitting in the lobby waiting forever just to pick out my glasses. They said the man was at lunch but even after he returned they didn't inform me until I asked how much longer it would be. Then they said he'd been back for twenty minutes. But I was the only person in the lobby and there was someone at the desk and no one informed me. I'll be going elsewhere the next time I need glasses. I'd give them a MINUS ZERO if I could. THEY ARE THE WORSE. *********************************** 1 week later I get through only to find out that they have lost the order for my glasses after I have waited almost 2 months. I'm told I need to come back and re order my glasses and wait another 6 weeks before they're ready. THEY ARE NOT JUST THE WORSE, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EYE GROUP THAT EXISTS!!!! I AM A SENIOR AND I NEED TO GET MY SON TO TAKE ME TO YUCCA FOR APPOINTMENTS. WITH THIS INCOMPETENCE PLUS THE PRICE OF GAS THESE DAYS,NOT TO MENTION THAT I'M STILL WEARING OLD BROKEN GLASSES, THIS JUST ADDS INSULT TO INJURY. "BEWARE"!!!!!!!!!!!! *********************************** Still 3 months later and still no glasses. Now it's a billing problem. I called my insurance and they say it's no problem on they're side. I call medical and they say bill them for my glasses. So I leave a message to bill medical but no one tells me if the problem is solved or if I need to go elsewhere. STILL NO ANSWERS AND NO GLASSES. At this point I just want my prescription so I can go to another company to order my glasses . 😡

I went here thinking It will be more professional. It all started right when I walked in the door. They asked ame to fill out so many pages with some many questions that are irrelevant. I waited an hour when most of the people got in and were seen right away. I arrived before and I had an appointment. When they finally called me, the person apologized but she was not the doctor. She complained about her job a lot. She did a lot of the reading tests and then I waited another 20 minutes and a young woman showed up on a screen and did the same tests I had just done. It was a telehealth visit and I didn't know. The previous person told me that I had dry eye and they were going to give eye drops but they didn't. Later they asked me to choose my glasses and they only had a very few choices. At the end they sent me a prescription that was very different and weaker than what I already have. I went there thinking i needed a stronger prescription. I didn't end up choosing my glasses. Now I don't know if I will find ones that are good for me. Please don't go to this place .Also they have a Dr Schultz picture in the waiting room but that is not the doctor that will see you.
Adriana took very good care of me when I came for my eye exam for glasses. She helped me pick my frames for my progressives and explained that I could also get a computer pair that would help me for school. She is awesome and very knowledgeable in what she does! The whole staff is kind and I always have a great experience coming here.
Dr. Schultz is an absolute doll. I love seeing him still up and at em. He’s a genius and a master at his craft. He used my daughters eye condition as a case study and I am very fond of him. Today’s visit took a bit of a long time but I understand he’s not up here as often as before. My blessings to him, always.
As others have experienced, my wait was long. As a new patient, I was in the office a total of 3 hours. Maybe the front desk could warn people of the frequent long waits when scheduling appointments. Have a heads up may decrease disgruntlement. Other than the long wait, the staff was great. Especially the technician who performs the initial tests, dialtes your eyes, etc. She apologized multiple times for the wait and took the time to quickly and effectively build rapport with patients even though she was super busy. The doctor was kind and thorough despite the fact he was seeing me during his lunch time due to a complication with a previous patient that caused a delay.
