The doctor is apparently too busy and only works on Fridays because he works six days out of the week Great job

Have worn the same brand contacts for the past 4 years or so. I moved to winder so I decided to get my prescription filled at the the vision center closest to me . During my exam at this doctor I swayed to go with a different brand. It's been 3 months and I would like to switch back to my old brand . The catch is that can only be done within 30 days of the prescription which was never mentioned. Now I will have to pay for a new exam in addition to the change in lenses . A simple disclaimer that I have 30 days to switch back to my old brand if i don't like them would have made a big difference.

Glasses and contacts wearer for over 30 years. I appreciated the knowledgeable and professional doctor. He was able to figure out my prescription before I told him which lens was clearer. Staff was very friendly. Oh, and I should also mention, I made a last minute appointment at end of year without any issues. Not a single vision place was available in a 30 mile area except this location.

I called last Tuesday to set up an appointment. I was told no Dr was available last week. I made an appointment for this morning at 9. No Dr available until 10. They could not locate my appointment. Another man came in to see if they could repair a pair of glasses he had purchased there.they wouldn't repair the glasses. This is not a business I wish to patronize.

I would give zero stars if it was an option!! Worst experience ever. We had an 11:30am appt. Another patient who had an appt at noon got called back before we did just because she checked in first. We were on time, the other patient was early. When I asked about it, they said they got behind. I reminded her our appt was first. Her reply was they got out of order! Why bother making an appt!! Not to mention the doctor is in no hurry at all as she walks back and forth.
