So quick! So easy! Damaris was so helpful helping me with getting a new pair of glasses and had great recommendations. I haven’t taken an eye exam in a long time but this was by far the best experience I had.

Very disappointed with this place. I would not recommend anyone to come here. I had my eye exam in December and the first red flag was that their system was having problems and we had to wait about 2.5 hours. After the exam they told me I needed glasses. When I went to pick up my glasses, they told me it would take time to adjust to them. However, I started having constant headaches and problems seeing clearly. I even have difficulty going downstairs and have stumbled because my vision does not feel right with these glasses. Since these were my first glasses, I assumed this adjustment period was normal and tried to give it time. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to return immediately. I called and later went in person between March and April to explain the situation. I was told the manager would call me. She did call and said she would see what she could do, but after two weeks with no follow-up I went back to the office. The manager (Yasmin) was extremely rude and dismissive. She basically told me that because she is the manager, no exception would be made and nothing would be done. No concern about my health, no attempt to verify if the prescription was wrong, nothing. She told me that because more than 30 days had passed, I would have to pay for another eye exam and that they would not make any exceptions for me. This is unacceptable when we are talking about someone’s vision and health. Instead of trying to verify if the prescription was incorrect, their only solution was to make me pay again. Very unprofessional customer service and very poor management. I definitely would not trust this place with my eye care. Save your time, money, and your health and go somewhere else.

This was the worst place I could have chosen to get my glasses made; they used very poor-quality lenses, and they didn't even last three months. I’ve been getting headaches because of the poor condition of the glasses, and there’s nothing they can do for me other than offer to sell me a new pair. What a disappointment. I do not recommend them 👎🏻

Damaris was awesome. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what my daughter's needed. The whole experience was super fast! Thanks for having great employee . We will be back for future purchases

I came here 2 weeks ago for a contact exam and walked out with a piece of paper because they had to ORDER my prescription. They said it would take 2 weeks and 2 weeks are here and I STILL haven’t gotten my TRIAL pair. The convenience of this place is NOT worth the Frustration of having to wait for something that you have already paid for.
