WEC is the best of the best! Dr. B and his team are top notch. From the sign in process to the end is seamless. I had the lens replacement in both eyes and should have seen this team long before now. It is worth the drive and I would recommend him to anyone! Their eyeglass department is so helpful also and is an asset to this business.

My Husband and I are been a Patient of Dr Baynham for 26 years. He goes out of his way for his Patients. His Staff is always very friendly and helpful. This time Lyndsey helped me with my Glasses. This is been the only Place we ever bought them . Thank you 😊

I absolutely love the service I’ve received with Walton Eye Care. They are fast in getting you back and very efficient. Doc does a great job making sure your vision is where it needs to be instead of rushing you out. I also love the convenience of the optical shop and must say they are very attentive and helpful. Anna took her time with me and made sure I was getting everything I needed with my new glasses. Love doing business here, and now the rest of my family goes here as well! It just feels like home.

It’s been a real struggle dealing with Walton Eye Care. I went in to have a yearly examination for glasses as my insurance at the time was about to expire due to my previous job. Scheduled an appointment, they dilated my eyes and expected me to read the chart. I questioned and told the doctor my eyes were still watery and the letter were blurry. He said my prescription changed drastically within a year. I wanted to trust the doctor so I went over to get new lenses. The lenses I had previously were progressive and due to the drastic change I was told it would be best to get a lined bifocal. I tried the new prescription and lined bifocal and I could see better without glasses. Had my eyes checked again without dilation and prescription was same as the previous year, so no change. They didn’t want to reimburse the full amount for the lenses but eventually agreed to it. They sent in for new lenses under warranty and when they came back they were lined bifocals again with the drastically changed prescription. Had to take more off to go back as my wife had picked up my glasses so I didn’t have to take off work from a new job. Finally they got the correct lenses but the right lens was loose in the frame. Then before I could get back the frame had a defect and snapped at the hinge. They ordered another frame and told me they would take care of everything and get new lenses cut. Get the glasses back and the lenses appear to be the previous lenses as the right lens is loose as before. I wouldn’t recommend using them as they also messed up my wife glasses when she went to get new lenses. My wife works for a doctor and she has referred many patients to Walton Eye Care over the years she has been going there but she will not be referring anymore. Definitely not satisfied with this practice at all.

Dr. Hayek is wonderful!!! He has great bed side manner and diagnosed me correctly and helped me with my issue. He is so friendly and answers all your questions. I highly recommend Walton Eye Care!!! The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I am going here. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for an awesome job!!!
