Monroe Optical

I had an incredible experience at Monroe Optical. The doctor was very sweet, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed, and could tell he really cares about his patients. He even put in my eye contacts for me. I've never had that experience before, but it was kind of nice. The office was clean, a nice environment, and I feel confident in my prescription and have not had any issues. The receptionist seemed a little rude, but I think it was less intentional and more her personality. Regardless I would most definitely visit again.

I was having new symptoms and was worried that it might be a retinal detachment. When I called I was told to come right in and I was seen right away. Thankfully it wasn’t, but I very much appreciate Dr Reagan and his wonderful staff. We are so lucky to have them in our town!

Best appointment ever - - From making my appointment, to seeing the doctor, selecting glasses, to paying my bill. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The doctor took his time and explained things so I could understand. He also helped me to realize that I was using the wrong reading glasses strength, which was hurting my vision.
