I’ve always had a great experience with Pam and the staff there. Pam was very welcoming and accommodating with getting my new lenses. She loves to help people and her teammates to have the best experience. You can tell she enjoys her job!
I had such a great experience at the Vision Center at Walmart, all thanks to Pam! She was super friendly, patient, and really made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff. It’s not every day you get that kind of service. If you need anything eye-related, definitely go see Pam she’s awesome!

I was very impressed with the Vision Center at WalMart. It was easy to schedule an appointment at a time when the optometrist was on site. Dr. Donald was very thorough and clearly explained the test results and recommendation in language I could understand. Everyone there was polite and professional; I recommend them highly! 6/05/24 addendum: I want to add that Natalia (the tech who executed my vision testing) was also top notch. She is a skilled technician, proficient in the various eye tests, with a professional yet also friendly personality that will immediately put you at ease. The entire team at the Monroe WalMart Vision Center is outstanding!
