I can’t say enough about this place and the employees! Really it’s the employees! Every optometrist has four walls and glasses, but this place is amazing. Everyone was upbeat and professional. They all seemed to not only serve guests fast, but also seemed to enjoy working with eachother. Great place, I will be going back for sure…not only that, having them fix my daughter’s glasses( that I got at the same time from another place) as her prescription is wrong. Thank you Douglas and the whole team!

Wow what a different experience than these 5 star reviews. Ordered 2 pair of glasses on 01/14. One pair were supposed to be computer glasses but the prescription was wrong and they had to reorder the new lenses on 01/30. I've been calling for a week with the manager Douglas telling me they would be in today 02/17 and to come in afternoon. I get there at 1:00 and I'm informed that the new lenses were never ordered and I would have to wait until Thursday 02/19 to see the Dr before they could be ordered. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and feel like I made a mistake coming here while I've spent $180. Update... On 02/19 they ordered new lenses and they came back on 02/24 but they wouldn't fit in the frames. They sent the frames back to have new lenses cut to fit and was suppose to be back in a week now I am being told they might be back this Saturday. This is totally INSANE!!! I am ready for a full refund to go somewhere that can get it right..

Got my daughter's 2 pairs of glasses here with no insurance and the final amount was only $85. Because she's 13 she got the upgraded nonscratch and nonglare poly lenses for free. This price also includes the eye exam for single vision. I made me an appointment for the very next day. I also got 2 pairs for $85 (one pair is DKNY cuz they were on clearance are part of the 2 for $85 deal) tho i only got the standard non scratch lenses they are still great glasses. I love mine and my daughter LOVES hers. Not to mention the staff is just incredible. All of them are so great. The same lady did both mine and my daughters and she was awesome. I wish I could remember her name cuz she definitely deserves the recognition. I know she used to work at my daughter's school. So if she sees this you know who you are. 😉

Had a great experience at the Monroe AB location. Was in and out quickly and the prices are good. However, the reason I'm writing this review is that everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful! I was struggling to get some progressive lenses dialed in for me, and they insisted on getting the lenses re-done in order to fit my specific vision needs. They repeatedly stated that customer service and making sure the customer is happy is their goal, and I believe it. Appreciate the team here!

John is the manager in the Monroe location. I bought 3 prescription glasses from this company. Love everything about this company.! John did not hesitate to accommodate me with the best of the best. I had to make some changes and John went above and beyond. Thank you ABest.
