Dr. Wood and his staff are amazing! Went in there today for an eye flasher and I was thoroughly impressed with these folks. They are professional, polite and explain everything. While I was in the Waiting Room another patient’s husband was bragging about how great the Doctor and his staff were. They proved it to me! Nice work Doc!
5/5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Eye Care! I cannot recommend Wood Vision Center in Monroe enough! From the moment we walked through the door, the entire experience was flawless. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process completely seamless.The clinical team and doctors are truly top-tier. They use state-of-the-art technology and take the time to explain every part of the exam clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with genuine patience and expertise. Even though I have had LASIK and don't need glasses myself, their optical selection is fantastic. My husband was able to find a great pair of durable Flexon glasses that were incredibly affordable. The staff was wonderful in helping him find the perfect fit for his style and budget. It is rare to find a clinic that perfectly balances cutting-edge professionalism with warm, hometown patient care. Wood Vision Center is who i recommend.
My experience at Wood Vision in Monroe was top-notch from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. They run a very efficient office but make sure you are taken care of without feeling rushed. The doctor was very thorough, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all my questions. It is great to have such a reliable eye doctor right here in town.
Dr Wood is always a pleasure and makes me feel welcomed. His staff are helpful. The office has a good variety of frames available for purchase and information on additional services available is visible throughout the office and exam rooms. Parking lot is fairly small but manageable. They accept insurance, Care credit and credit cards. This is my first purchase for glasses from this office and im looking forward to receiving them soon! From the front office to Dr. Wood and glasses professionals, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Wood listened to my concerns and assured me his goal was to make sure I was happy with the choices we both made to get me in the correct pair of glasses.
