Dr. Ali was incredibly thorough. He explained all the possibilities, even showed images, and suggested an ophthalmologist for further care. He truly took his time with me, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like that before. I forgot the names of the 2 ladies at the front they were funny. In and out took time only cause they had to dialte my eyes and I was indecisive on the frames. I could barely see when I walked out, so I stopped next door to the optical center inside Walmart to get my eyebrows threaded and a quick facial. Honestly, all that was missing was a cocktail. Truly the best eye appointment experience I’ve had.”

I took my daughter here to get an eye exam and it took months for me to get her prescription when they gave it to me first it was ineligible. When I went back to Get it rewritten the doctor wasn’t in and the girls couldn’t read his handwriting. When I Finally got them to rewrite her prescription. They left out her PD and the two girls at the front argued with me and told me that they weren’t required to give me it. By the time I got them to write out her PD and her entire prescription, it was already expired (which is the only reason they do willingly gave it to me. So now I have to go through this entire thing all over again. By law, they are required to give the entire prescription, including the PD regardless if you’re gonna buy glasses from them or not. They’re lucky I didn’t file a complaint with the FTC. Doctor, Ali, and the two girls in the front should be ashamed of themselves.
Not a good experience. I ended up paying over $500 for one pair. They kept up-selling me, and I can't believe how much I paid. I've had the glasses for over a year, and all that time, I have not been able to get them clean, because of a coating they added. They are constantly smudged, even when using the wipes that they sell and recommend. I will never get glasses at WalMart again. CostCo is so much better. I just got 2 pair of progressives; 1 regular and 1 sunglasses, for $398. And great service at the St. Charles Costco.
At my exam they told me my prescription was half the number it had been for the past 20 years, and they had me come back in 2 weeks and pay $65 to try contacts with the new prescription. When I obviously couldn't see nearly as well with them, the doctor shrugged and asked me if I just wanted to order contacts in my old prescription. Please don't waste your time and money.
Dr was good, but the girls out front lack professionalism in dealing with customer. They don't put any effort in helping the customer. Very rude especially the older female.
