I'll start with staff of assistants are great! Courteous, friendly and helpful. The Dr here on Pinhook, not so much. My appointment was for 11:15 which is the time I arrived. He told me when I got in the chair that I have to be on time, which I was. I told him I was on time. He said no you have to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. I said no one told me that. He says they always tell you that. Which no one did. He rushed me through my appointment, seemed to be really irritated. At a certain point I just said anything to hurry and get out of there. He asked me to go with the assistant to help me pick our (my son & I) glasses. I said no thank you and requested he just give me the prescription. I'll purchase glasses somewhere else. Won't get anymore of my business! Suggestion- Schedule the appointment time for your supposedly 10-15 minutes earlier than the appointment time and you probably won't have this issue. Better than that you won't be so angry with your patients who pay for their insurance to pay you for your service. Was scolded, rushed and felt extremely uncomfortable. Worst eye appointment I've ever had in my 50 years of life!

Had a 10am appointment. The assistants told me Dr. Chinh Le doesn't come in until after 10:15a. Why offer the 10a timespot if it isn't available. The doctor cqlled about 10:30a with a sprained ankle. My husband and I wanted to reschedule for two days later at 11:45a. We got there about 11:30a andthe waiting area was crowded. 11:45 came and went. It was at 12:30 the eye doctor came out and I asked him how much longer. He said he didn't know. Well we waited about 10 more minutes. We had been there an hour with no apologies for lateness. We asked an assistant if he was always late. She said he starts after 10:15a every day. I got the feeling a crowded waiting room was normal for this guy. We decided to cancel our appointment. We will go somewhere else.

Lakeesha and Ray are the absolute BEST! They went above and beyond to help me with my glasses after I broke my frames. They were patient, kind, professional, and diligent. Their dedication to helping me is so much appreciated! If you need glasses or contacts, this should be your first stop!!

Great staff. The Dr. is very thorough and employee LaKeesha G. is very knowledgeable and professional. She always goes above and beyond to help, as well as the other staff members.

First time going today, Every one was friendly and helpful. The lovely ladies working there went above and beyond to help me with an insurance issue. The doctor was very kind and efficient!! Will definitely be going back!!
