Walmart Vision Center

Got myself some glasses from this location less than a year ago. My initial response was "why are these so strong"? recieved far sooner than their deadline as well, odd. Their answer for the strength was,"You didn't ask for bifocals"?. I never had trouble reading the tiniest letters 3 feet away. The trouble i had was at extreme distance, dawn and dusk. The glasses I received are trash, their original quote was trash, most importantly, what you will receive,for your money and time, is trash. Walmart wins again.

My experience at Walmart Vision Center in Brookings was excellent. I found the staff to be very friendly. My husband and I needed new glasses and the person that helped us, Loraine Turner was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to respond to all our questions and concerns and displayed a consummate professionalism that impressed us both. Thanks so much Loraine for such a pleasant shopping experience.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center, Brookings. I want to take a moment to share my thoughts. The staff was friendly and exceptional. Melissa, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. Her expertise and professionalism were truly impressive, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

My experience at the Brookings Walmart Vision Center was fantastic. I hate shopping. Especially when I have to deal with sales people that try to push products on me. But the woman that helped me was amazing. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She gave me her honest opinion when I would try on glasses and truly wanted me to find the glasses that I would look best in, not just the ones that cost the most. I actually left the store feeling better than when I came in. Thanks so much to Jodi H who made my shopping experience so pleasant.
