My son got me a cake from this location he ordered a white cake with buttercream frosting. They gave him a marble cake with whipped frosting. When he called them about it they were extremely rude to him. Granted I’m an adult and it’s not that big of a deal but for a kid it would be. Also the frosting job was not that great. My 12 year old daughter could do this. I will be sticking to the Watertown location they have an amazing bakery there and would be worth the drive.

Parker from tech is the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met for AirPod and Apple knowledge. I was prepared to have to go into Verizion and without a doubt they were just gunna make me buy a new pair. Not today. I called Walmart and got in contact with Parker and he ended up fixing my problem with my AirPods. And I learned a lot about AirPods in general. Hopefully someone important sees this and gives Parker his credit.

Very disappointed in the return policies of this store. I purchased a pair of shoes last night and tried one of them on to make sure the fit was good. I got back to my hotel room put them both on this morning and they didn’t fit properly because the other shoe was defective. Went back to the store and they would not return them because they said I had them on my feet and wore them briefly. I spoke with the return associate, their direct supervisor, and then one of the store coaches. They all said the same thing. I called Walmart Corporate Customer Service and they told me that the store was wrong for doing that. That is not Walmart‘s policy. This store said they could not return them because they cannot put them on the shelf again for resale. That’s common sense because the shoes are actually defective. Very disappointed with the three different associates I spoke with.

I bought a few hair care items from this store. They each had a coupon already attached to them. The coupons exceeded the price so the coupons needed to be approved for each one. An associate came over and told me I could not use them. I asked for a manager. She tried to say the same thing. She asked another person and ultimately said I could only use one. I said the coupon policy on the corporate store says i can use 4 and the price should adjust down. Essentially making them free. No one wanted to look at the coupon policy on the corporate store. Their issue was that, "can she use these since it makes them free?". This is your price and theres coupon attached to them already. Maybe everyone should be versed in walmarts policy before making their own decisions. Such a horrible experience. I will never come back to this walmart. I also got charged for 7 of them instead of the 5. Also, a purchase is not the same as a transaction. Verbiage is important here.

I recently visited the Brookings Walmart, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The aisles were neatly stocked, and I had no trouble finding everything on my list. The layout is intuitive, making shopping efficient and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. When I couldn’t locate a specific item, an associate promptly guided me to the right aisle with a smile. It’s rare to find such attentive service these days! The checkout process was seamless, with plenty of lanes open and short wait times. I also appreciated the convenience of the self-checkout stations, which were easy to use and well-maintained. The variety and affordability of products were also impressive. From fresh produce to household items, everything was of great quality and reasonably priced. Additionally, the parking lot was spacious, making it easy to find a spot close to the entrance. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear the management and staff take pride in providing a top-notch shopping experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this location!
