went to the vision center and had Sierra help me order my prescription sunglasses she is very good at her job also a very nice person couldnt have asked for a better person to work with in getting my sunglasses i give her 10 stars if i could
I recently purchased a pair of glasses came home and the lens fell out. I took the glasses back and they informed me they cut them wrong they would order a new pair. Pick them up went home and noticed a piece of plastic flapping at the top of my frame. Took them back again and they fixed it. It was a 45-minute drive each way for me. I was never even given an apology. Very poor customer service will never go back
Doctor is never in the office if you have an issue with anything! Would not recommend!
