Dr Bruno,Maria& Lori were very helpful. The girls assisted with choosing a pair that looked the best on me. Dr explained all the testing & answered my questions. I also love the remodeling that was done just recently. More space!
I have been going to Shopko Optical for over 20 years. Dr. Bruneau is thorough, efficient and easy to talk to about any concerns or issues regarding my eyecare. The staff is friendly and personable creating a welcoming environment for anything they can help me with. I highly recommend this clinic for eyecare in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
Everyone is always genuinely kind and accommodating at our appointments! At our last visit Mary was awesome! She was very helpful with getting my son's glasses fixed.
Maria and Bonnie was so super helpful and sweet and kind when she finally want to retire Shoko will be losing a legend. I remember her growing up as a child always thoughtful kind extremely patient with her customers no matter how busy it was. Thank you for all you do.
Everyone there was an absolute pleasure to be around. An employee helped me deal with insurance issues and helped me get that resolved. The doctor was straight to the point and left open conversation for any questions I had. Last but not least Mary was an absolute pleasure to talk to and work with. This was an extremely personable experience and the employees went above and beyond basic job expectations.
