Anne, certified optician, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with prescription glass lens and frames. She also looked at my history in the chart, regarding previous lens and frame size. I really appreciated her expertise and patience!
This year was our first visit to Sterling Optical. The prices were seriously better that the "value" place we previously shopped. MacKenzie assisted us and did a superior job suggesting frames. She measured twice as we both need progressive lenses. That actually caused us both to feel dizzy for a short while and eventually made reading/seeing more comfortable. We also find our frames hold their shape so we are not running in weekly for adjustments. We will be back!
Everyone at Sterling Optical is very friendly and personable. We have to give a special shout out to Anne for going above and beyond helping both my husband and myself pick out frames, and determine our best bang for our buck with our insurance.

Came in kind of unkempt as I was driving home from dropping someone off at theur workplace. Planned to head back to bed for a bit, but my the screw of my glasses came out! I still can't believe I found it in my garage. Came here since it was so close and they fixed them up for me despite not being a former client. Super friendly service and I even set up an appointment with them since I needed to do that anyways.
