Jessie was awesome. I was not happy with the fit of my prescription sunglasses. She exchanged them. No problem whatsoever. Also I got money back. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend.
Janelle was the worker who helped me! She is so amazing! When my kids broke my glasses beyond repair, so I called in as a last resort when no one else could help me. Janelle did everything she could to assist with getting me my brand of contacts I could pick up same day so I could see again- while waiting for the glasses I ordered to come in! Janelle absolutely saved the day (and saved my camping trip coming up this weekend) Thank you so much for the compassion you showed me during my time of crisis!
Staff is always great, the Dr.'s are extremely nice and helpful. Great selection of glasses. Only complaint I can have is there is normally a wait. More staff would be nice.
New to needing glasses and was a little nervous but the staff was great! They all know their stuff and Jess was great! Helped me pick a pair of glasses that fit and look good. Big thanks to Shopko optical!!!
Very helpful and compassionate Dr. (Bevers) and staff! They make sure every customer is comfortable with exceptional care and service! Had a mix up with trial contacts and they made up for it for the inconvenience. Top notch all the way around.
