Shopko Optical

I purchased my RayBan sunglasses from another store ages ago. When I had to replace my lenses I didn't know where to go. Until I met Carlos and the team at the Stevens Point, WI Division St location! They are amazing. One pair in particular was very difficult to replace and Carols came through! I'm not the only one that thinks so. I have friends that have had great service there too! Carlos runs a great store. It's locations like this that make for a wonderful community.

Prior damages equivalent have been made by Shopko Optical too. The recent was met with refund only, though much communications by me, and zero efficient was available to me. The prescription was dictated (malpracticed) on the lenses, limited to be without the full sizes to the lenses, which accounted for the frames and my frame (face). The prescription was initially stressed and zero/minimal care was pro patient. The involved was with the manager directly, afterwards, requested information by me. Settlement available and has been communicated to the Vice President for Shopko Optical. 07/06/2023 cnx xiong.success

This Shopko and all that work there have been fantastic. Wendy and Stephanie helped my husband and I. From start to finish the experience at this store was great. Our glass fit correctly the first time and the prescription was great. I contribute this to the Dr and lady's who helped us Wendy and Stephanie, having the know how and training necessary to doing a great job. Thank you I would recommend (and have) to others. Great Job. This location has to be the BEST! The team, especially Mary is so caring and attentive and helpful. My glasses broke the day before my vacation started. Mary took them fix them and got me on my way I am so appreciative. She is always so helpful. I always feel appreciated as a customer by everyone. The doctors are fantastic! I highly recommend!!!

We have been going to Shopko optical for over two decades. We’ve always had really good experience. Recently, the staff has changed and the service just isn’t quite as friendly. Julie continues to be great every time we come in. However, the other staff at the front are less than friendly. Chatty amongst themselves but tendency to ignore and not welcome clients unless you step right into their view.
