This place has gone downhill. It is impossible to get a call back or let alone a message back from your PCP or their assistant. You cannot get into your PCP when you are sick and Urgent Care should not be where you have to go. It drives the cost of healthcare up. I wouldn't have to see a different doctor when I am sick when my PCP knows my history for the last 10 plus years. Management needs to better align the patient to provider ratio so when sick you can actually get in to see your PCP.

Seen and followed by Dr. Sharma in medical. He does great follow up is attentive and explains things thoroughly.
Everyone is super kind and empathetic! I could not have asked for better care.
I fell out of my tree on 11/17/23. Got taken to a room and asked a few questions. They left for 30 minutes. Yep. 30 minutes and didn't return. My wife went and asked about pain relief and what was going on. A nurse came in and asked where my I.V. was. Good question. Then, I was able to get some relief. I had tests done, and the doctor asked if I had any allergies. Yes, a certain pain med. At the end of my visit, he proceeded to send me home with the exact med I'm allergic to. I'd swear under oath to all of this. Furthermore, there was no other patient in the entire clinic. I wouldn't recommend this place if you get a splinter. Save yourself the grief, the time, and the money and stay away from these people. Update: they won't even change the pain med prescription today (11/18/23)
Their registration process is a slow motion nightmare! I think there is more going on then just registering everyone into the new computer program. The system wouldn't let them update my emergency contacts phone number?! Maybe next time? What does that mean? I showed up 10 minutes early and ended up a 1/2 hour late for my appointment. Their whole data network is very very slow; from registration, to doctor follow up orders to their app and everything in between. I am concerned about my care if their tech can't keep up. The medical team is compassionate and knowledgeable (the only reason for more than 1 star), but is that enough for the 21st century? I'm worried. I thought The Marshfield Clinic was Wisconsin's "hidden gem", state of the art, modern, cutting edge, forward thinking health care facility. I was excited to become a patient after moving closer to their area. Now, not so much. :(
