Went in there on Saturday with Lower stomach pain I had been having for a week or so and the receptionist said they didn’t have the equipment to treat me for what I needed and turned me away. I didn’t know they had the ability to diagnose people. Maybe stick to answering the phones and let the Doctors do their jobs.

Two months ago I went there with headaches and extremely high blood pressure. Their actions saved my life!
I am here on behalf of my sister not myself. And I have a huge complaint. My sister has been going back and forth with a severe case of gout since December of 2022. Place on medication and no results. Back again. Calls made. Told to double medication. Was seen in office and had c/o chest pain and BP was sky high. She was made to stay at clinic to monitor BP. But nothing else checked out with the c/o chest pain. As days went by she called with more complaints of chest pain and was told to take heartburn medicine. So listening to the provider did not think anything else. Finally after a week and a half she called me on Friday Feb 24th to take her to the hospital with severe chest pain. I took her to Gunderson Memorial in Adams-Friendship. She was having a big heart attack. They worked promptly and efficiently and was flown to Lacrosse where she had 2 stents placed immediately. My big gripe is. Why would a caregiver not go any further than take heartburn medicine and let us monitor your BP? Action should have been taken immediately. That's just common sense. Things could have turned out a lot worse than stents. Now she is stuck with all sorts of bills and being flown. Nice job Marshfield clinic provider in Wi Rapids
I have been a patient here with my children and myself for about 4 years. We have used family medicine, walk in clinic, optometry, orthopedics, and lab services, mobile MRI, and mobile mammography and now oncology. The care has been great. The door greeters have been helpful. I'm thankful covid screeners who are putting themselves at risk for the greater good. Registration is usually efficient and gets me where I need to be with a smile. The lab techs are awesome as have the nurses been! Especially up in Oncology. Mobile Mammogram and MRI have both been just fine and l appreciate the convenience of having the local option. The doctors I have seen have been concerned and listen well. The facilities seem nicely cleaned and maintained.
