I had an outstanding experience with Cassandra at Walmart Vision Center. She went above and beyond to help me with a warranty claim involving my Meta AI glasses and made what could have been a frustrating process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Been seeing the Dr here for many years and he is great. I had some hiccups when ordering lenses as they used the wrong insurance. Jennifer was awesome in getting it taken care of. I'm sad to be moving a couple hours away but will do my best to drive back to get care here...it has been that good!

Jennifer is really excellent. She really knows how to fit and adjust glasses. Their lab is of good quality, got a complex Rx right the first time in under a week. A decent selection of frames, mainly sturdy.

I went to make an appointment at 5:30 pm on April 9, 2025. While I was waiting for someone to attend to me in the front, laughter was echoing from behind.The person there told me, without even looking, that there were no eye exam slots in the coming weeks. While there are so many people who need work, you are discrediting your own brand by employing people who don't want to do irrelevant work.
