I am so pleased with my new glasses!! Stephanie was so patient with me and found the perfect fit for me. I have been using readers for 8 years and didn’t know what glasses fit best. She helped me for at least an hour and found my glasses! Also she and the doctor were knowledgeable. Thank you Walmart vision. I will be coming back to get a second pair!!

They were able to fix my glasses. I asked about my ex and if it was expired It wasn't. So I asked if my insurance would cover new frames and prescription. She didn't want to look this up and told me most likely not due to me getting my current pair last year in Sept. I pressed her to look anyways. Guess what? I am covered for new frames. Im glad I pressed because instead of waiting until Sept I can get them now. The I asked my measurements to look at frames. She explained every frame is different and id need to try them on. No duh. I was asking my pupil to pupil measurement si I could see the numbers on the frames. Im usually a 48ish. She was unwilling to measure me. Not helpful, not friendly and almost made me wait for frames just because she didn't want to look.

The Woman working in the vision department today was exceptionally slow! I went in for a minor repair but she was so slow I left without getting them fixed. I won’t go back again for new glasses or repairs.

Smells like poop. They wasted my time and told me they didn't receive any paperwork from the VA. I contacted the VA prior to scheduling my appointment they told me I would be good to go the provider already received all necessary information. I'm tired of all the back and forth for some glasses and having to wait somewhere smelling bad on top of everything really rubbed me the wrong way.

Whoever the lady is with long brown dreads that worked June 30th 2025 at 11:30 am - horrible. I came in and stated I needed emergency lenses because I lost mine at the beach and the attitude she started off with was insane. I was genuinely being sweet and patient when asking her about information regarding what I could do but I left feeling like she was the biggest bully ever. Please I hope you can give her more training because nobody is going to want to deal with her lack of customer service skills and professionalism.
